Property management, development, and construction company HAGBERG is developing a new technology direction, HAGBERG Technologies, in the Baltics and Spain. It has been established as a competence center for integrating tech solutions into professional property management. The partnership with Air Technologies ensures implementation, training, and technical support, while HAGBERG expands the use of these technologies in daily operations.
To develop this technology direction, HAGBERG has invested more than EUR 500 000. Investments have been made in equipment, including drone solutions and operational kits, professional cleaning robots, as well as automation and quality control tools.
“Over recent years, we have grown rapidly and are deliberately expanding the scale of our operations. Developing services beyond Latvia is an important step in our growth, and this direction makes it achievable in practice. Together with Air Technologies, part of the HAGBERG group, we are strengthening our expertise while implementing solutions that are tested in real working conditions and meet modern quality standards,” says Ivars Lukaševičs, Member of the Board of HAGBERG
Air Technologies is a drone solutions company whose core expertise lies in agricultural applications using agrodrones. Within the partnership, Air Technologies provides technical competence and operational support, while HAGBERG is responsible for implementing and scaling these solutions in professional property management across the Baltics.
“Air Technologies aims to expand its operations across Europe, building hands-on experience in real operating environments. The partnership with HAGBERG allows us to adapt our drone expertise to other sectors and develop this direction together with a partner that implements these solutions as part of everyday operations,” explains Armands Vīksna, Head of Air Technologies.
HAGBERG Technologies has been established as a competence center responsible for the practical implementation and development of technology solutions. It defines a unified approach to how technologies are introduced across teams, ensures safe operation, and maintains consistent service quality standards.
In the Baltics, HAGBERG integrates these solutions into professional property management processes, including property inspections, supervision, and service execution quality control. Daily operations also involve the use of professional cleaning robots and facade-washing drones.
In Spain, the partnership is currently focused on growing Air Technologies’ operations and building market experience. The company continues its work in the agricultural sector using agrodrones while strengthening its presence in an international environment. As part of the cooperation, HAGBERG contributes to the development of this direction and the strengthening of operational competence.
The role of HAGBERG Technologies is practical: to improve service quality and ensure consistent service delivery. Before solutions are offered to the market as services, they are researched, tested, and refined to ensure clients receive a comprehensive, efficient, and field-proven service.
